General Information

Meet Dr Howard Liang

Dr. Howard Liang is a Southern California native and was raised in the San Gabriel Valley.  Dr. Liang graduated from the University of California, Riverside, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  He completed his dental training at the UCLA School of Dentistry and pursued further training in endodontics at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa.  During his advanced training in endodontics, he performed research in the application of lasers in endodontics.  

Upon completion of his endodontic training, Dr. Liang became the Director in the Emergency Endodontic Program at Temple University.  He was also a faculty member, teaching endodontics to dental students.  Dr. Liang worked with general dentists as well as periodontists and other dental specialists in private practice while living in Philadelphia.  

Dr. Liang is currently a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the California Dental Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.  

Dr. Liang speaks English and Mandarin.

Meet Dr Serena Lee

Dr. Lee is a Southern California native, born and raised in Los Angeles County. She graduated from UCLA where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology. Following graduation, Dr. Lee conducted research in a stem cell lab at UCLA for four years before pursuing her passion for healthcare. She attended UCLA for dental training, where she engaged in community service and provided dental care to surrounding communities, Mexico, and abroad in Honduras. She graduated with Cum Laude honors and received the Humanitarian Award from The International College of Dentists. 

Following Dr. Lee’s dental training, she completed a General Practice Residency at the West Los Angeles VA hospital, where she provided care for veterans. She then continued her endodontic training at the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she became trained in the latest advances in endodontics and earned her Master of Science in Dentistry degree.

Dr. Lee maintains a high standard of care and does her best to ensure a comfortable experience for all her patients. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Gabriel Valley Dental Society. Dr. Lee is currently a Board Eligible Candidate of the American Board of Endodontics.

During her free time, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with her two cats at home, hiking, and going to Disney parks.
